This is when our clients tell us what they think and we listen. All your responses help us with continually improving our service. We were delighted when 88% of the responses indicated that the “quality of advice provided” was excellent and 98% of the responses indicated that “we met their expectations”.
Another exciting piece of feedback for us was that 98.4% of those who responded indicated they would recommend us to others! While this is a great compliment, we do not want to become complacent. Referrals are critical to our continued growth and we are always looking to further increase our business.
