
One of the most respected trial lawyers in the Okanagan Region, Mark Baron has spent more than 30 years advocating for and defending his clients’ interests in courts throughout British Columbia. Throughout his career, Mark has successfully represented businesses, employers and construction companies in and around the Kelowna area in complex commercial litigation, including contract disputes and shareholder disputes. Construction industry owners, contractors and subcontractors rely on his strategic guidance on issues that involve tendering, bonding, and builders liens.
Mark also serves as counsel to both employers and employees on a host of workplace issues, including discipline, wrongful dismissal and termination. Helping his clients avoid legal problems before they arise, he drafts contracts and provides advice on matters ranging from employment agreements and independent contractor arrangements to restrictive covenants and severance agreements.
