Mark’s real estate practice consists of a focus on residential conveyancing, helping hundreds of Okanagan residents each year to commence and complete transactions while ensuring his clients feel comfortable and understand the process by providing clear communication and practical advice.

Mark was born and raised in Revelstoke. He received his Bachelor of Arts from Simon Fraser University in 2009, and went on to graduate with his Juris Doctor from Thompson Rivers University in Kamloops in 2015. He moved to Kelowna in 2016 and practiced at another law firm in Kelowna prior to joining Pushor Mitchell.
Mark is currently the Provincial Council Representative, Canadian Bar Association BC as well as the chair of the Canadian Bar Association’s Commercial & Real Estate Okanagan branch, assisting other lawyers with continuing professional development opportunities in the Okanagan Valley. He is a member of the Canadian Bar Association’s Nomination Committee.
He is also pleased to support the Central Okanagan Foundation as vice-chair of their Board of Directors.
When not in the office, Mark can be found riding his motorcycle, fishing, hiking, camping, or exploring the Okanagan backroads with his dog Duke.
