Pushor Mitchell is pleased to welcome Thomas Eaves to the firm as an associate lawyer. Called to the bar in 2012, Thomas is a civil litigation lawyer with extensive experience in the fields of commercial litigation, real estate disputes, and matters involving breach
of contract and foreclosures. He assists individuals and businesses to navigate their disputes efficiently and provides prompt and sensible solutions to help resolve claims.
Thomas has assisted clients that include national banks, S & P TSX 60 listed corporations, professionals, and small and medium enterprises. Thomas is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia and is also a member of the Law Society of Alberta, having practiced in Calgary Alberta for a number of years before returning to his home province of British Columbia.
