Pushor Mitchell has donated $7,500 to Hope for the Nations’ Food for Thought Starfish Backpack Program to help address food insecurity in our community. The program provides youth attending schools in the Central Okanagan School District #23 with backpacks that contain healthy options for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks. The program seeks to ensure that students and their families have access to nutritious meals, allowing students to focus on getting an education, rather than where their next meal will be coming from.
