On June 6th, Pushor Mitchell partner Brad Cronquist spoke at the Real Estate Development 2025 seminar, hosted by The Continuing Legal Education Society of British Columbia (CLEBC).

Brad was involved in a roundtable discussion on matters surrounding the preparation and filing of Disclosure Statements under the Real Estate Development Marketing Act. The proper preparation of Disclosure Statements is key to marketing the development projects and getting binding Purchase Agreements for development units.

Among the prestigious presenters, Brad was the only speaker to be invited to present from outside of Vancouver.
