Pushor Mitchell is pleased to welcome Bryan Fitzpatrick to the firm as Associate Counsel.
Bryan practices in the areas of Personal Injury, Criminal Defense and U.S. Immigration law and is licensed to practice law in both British Columbia and Washington State.
On personal injury matters, he acts exclusively for plaintiffs injured in motor vehicle accidents and slip and falls. Bryan has experience navigating injury claims involving the Workmen’s Compensation Board (WCB), out-of-province insurers and ICBC. He has handled injury claims involving the Strata Property Act, the Occupiers Liability Act and the Health Care Costs Recovery Act.
On criminal matters, he has assisted clients with matters ranging from traffic violations under the Motor Vehicle Act to serious charges under the Criminal Code of Canada. He has conducted judge alone and jury trials in criminal matters in both Washington State and British Columbia.
On U.S. Immigration matters Bryan assists clients wanting to live, work and visit the U.S. Having worked and attended graduate school in the U.S., he has first-hand knowledge of U.S. immigration law and procedure and brings this experience to bear on his client’s matters.
Prior to relocating to Kelowna, he practiced law in Fort St. John, B.C. and in Washington State.
