Job Purpose:

Reporting to the COO, the Marketing & Events Coordinator will enhance our marketing initiatives by increasing brand awareness and digital presence in our community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Senior Management to create and execute marketing and communications initiatives via digital, print, and event presence.
  • Monitor, measure, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns, strategies, and marketing activities.
  • Organize, execute, and attend a variety of events throughout the community such as golf tournaments, community awards ceremonies, and community festivals.
  • Partner with Senior Management and external stakeholders to lead our community outreach and initiatives.
  • Maintain brand guidelines and marketing briefs to ensure consistent brand messaging internally and externally.
  • Coordinate purchase of marketing materials as required.

Requirements:

  • A marketing diploma or degree from a recognized post-secondary institution, combined with 3 years of related professional experience.
  • Strong technical and digital skills, savvy with social media platforms, and experienced with GoogleAds.
  • Valid, unrestricted BC License
    • Own vehicle or access to a vehicle that you can use regularly for work purposes.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with strong attention to detail and superior proof-reading skills.
  • Outgoing, collaborative personality with the ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders as a positive representative of the Firm’s brand.

Salary: $55,000 – $65,000
