Marina joined Pushor Mitchell LLP as a summer student in May 2021 and returned as an articled student in February 2024. Marina is enjoying exploring a variety of practice areas.
Marina was raised in Vernon, and she obtained her Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Sociology from the University of British Columbia (Okanagan) in 2019. She completed the Global Chinese Immersion Program at East China Normal University in 2020. Marina then went on to obtain her Juris Doctor and her Bachelor of Civil Law from McGill University’s Faculty of Law in 2024.
During law school, Marina participated in the Kawaskimhon National Aboriginal Moot and mentored young law students through the Women’s Legal Mentorship Program. She also worked as a senior editor for the McGill Journal of Sustainable Development Law.
Outside of the office, Marina enjoys fashion illustration, reading, cross-stitching, and spending quality time with her family and friends.
