Tiffany Lee is an associate lawyer with Pushor Mitchell, practicing primarily in employment law and litigation. She has represented clients before the Supreme Court of British Columbia and the Provincial Court of British Columbia.

Before joining Pushor Mitchell, Tiffany gained broad experience across several areas of law, including employment law, family law, creditor remedies, civil litigation, builders lien matters, foreclosures, and estate litigation. Prior to returning to British Columbia in 2020, she worked in law-adjacent roles with the Australian federal industrial relations tribunal and an Australian federal union, experiences that provide her with a practical and well-rounded perspective when advising clients.

Tiffany was born and raised in Victoria, British Columbia. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Pacific and Asian Studies (Oceania concentration) from the University of Victoria before obtaining her Juris Doctor from Bond University in Queensland, Australia. She also completed a Certificate in Conflict Resolution with a specialization in Mediation and Third-Party Intervention from the Justice Institute of British Columbia. Tiffany was admitted to practice law in Victoria, Australia in 2010 and was called to the Bar of British Columbia in 2024.

Outside of the office, Tiffany enjoys exploring the Okanagan’s culinary scene, cooking, travelling, and spending time with family and friends.
