Pushor Mitchell is pleased to welcome Eric Ledding to the firm as Associate Counsel.
Over the past seventeen years Eric has assisted businesses and individuals on a broad range of matters with a focus on commercial litigation (real estate issues, shareholder disputes, contractual breaches), creditor’s remedies (foreclosure, priority disputes, insolvency) and personal injury claims (chronic pain, disability, insurance, car accidents, whiplash and wrongful death).
He has successfully appeared at all levels of Court in British Columbia and has regularly appeared in Supreme Court. Eric is an active volunteer in both the legal profession and in the local community.
