Pushor Mitchell Partner Brad Cronquist has been active on an Urban Development Institute provincial committee that provided input to the Province on the changes required to the laws surrounding real estate development marketing in British Columbia under the Real Estate Development Marketing Act (REDMA) and its associated policy statements and regulations.
Brad was recently recognized at the Urban Development Institute lunch in Vancouver and Kelowna for his many contributions to this committee.
In his real estate development practice, Brad counsels and represents developers, builders and investors from acquisition to project completion. He has provided legal advice on some of the largest projects in the Okanagan, including multi-family complexes and strata lot development. On behalf of his clients, he deals with municipalities on subdivision and zoning matters, handles issues such as fractional interests, air space parcel subdivisions and LCP designations, and negotiates security terms.
