Pushor Mitchell lawyer Brad Cronquist travelled to Vancouver on June 8, 2023 to speak at a Real Estate Development Course which was coordinated by the Continuing Legal Education Society of British Columbia. This Society provides educational courses for lawyers throughout British Columbia.
Brad was part of a panel discussion on “Complex Issues for Urban Development”, where topics discussed included construction easements, parking leases, Strata Corporation assumption of pre-incorporation agreements, section vs airspace parcel development, electric vehicles within strata developments and Alternative Transportation Covenants.
Brad focuses his law practice on real estate development and a full range of business law matters. In his real estate development practice, he counsels and represents developers, builders and investors from acquisition to project completion. Brad has provided legal advice on some of the largest projects in the Okanagan, including multi-family complexes and strata lot development.
