The United Way recently announced their Annual Spirit Award winners which included Pushor Mitchell LLP for the Change Starts Here Award. “Spirit awards is a way to say thank you and celebrate the hard work of volunteers and donors who give through the United Way, investing to make our community strong and just,” said United Way Executive Director Marla O’Brien.
Spirit Award Winners in each category were:

• Quantum Leap Participation Award – Regional District of the Central Okanagan
• Quantum Leap Giving Award – City of Kelowna
• Quantum Leap Leadership Award – Bank of Montreal
• In-Kind Award – Capital News
• Change Starts Here Award – Pushor Mitchell LLP
• Community Partner Award – BrainTrust Canada
• Employee Campaign Co-ordinator of the Year – Sarah Stang, UBC Okanagan
• Volunteer of the Year – Alison Moscrop, United Way Board Chairwoman
• Campaign of the Year – Costco Wholesale
