At their January 11, 2019 meeting, the Executive Committee of the BC Branch of the Canadian Bar Association (CBA) passed a resolution appointing Eric Ledding to Provincial Council as a Yale County Representative. Eric Ledding is a litigation partner at Pushor Mitchell, with his practice focusing on civil and commercial, creditor law and personal injury claims.
The Canadian Bar Association (CBA) is represents Canadian lawyers on matters of law and justice, and acts as an advocate for the interests of its members and the legal profession. The CBA is committed to enhancing the interests its diverse membership and to protecting the independence of the judiciary and the Bar.
Eric Ledding is looking forward to this opportunity to represent members of the legal profession from the Okanagan at the provincial level through his involvement on Provincial Council for the CBA.
