On April 10th at the Kelowna Art Gallery, the Kelowna Chamber of Commerce announced their 2025 Top 40 Over 40 Honourees.

The prestigious “Top 40” program recognizes outstanding business and non-profit leaders, who help inspire, lead, and build our diverse Okanagan business landscape.

We are thrilled to announce that Pushor Mitchell Partner Eric Ledding has been recognized in this year’s cohort of honourees.

Eric is a senior civil and commercial litigation lawyer recognized for his courtroom expertise and his longstanding dedication to community service and mentorship. Alongside a busy legal practice that includes complex commercial disputes, collections, and personal injury litigation, he has dedicated years to leadership roles in organizations such as the Canadian Bar Association (BC branch), Kelowna General Hospital Foundation, and the Kelowna & District Safety Council.

Eric is passionate about supporting the next generation of legal professionals and community members through mentorship, volunteer coaching, and longstanding involvement in initiatives like the Terry Fox Run and local youth sports programs.
