Pushor Mitchell lawyer Eric Ledding has returned to the Professional Issues Committee of the Canadian Bar Association, British Columbia Branch. On September 1st, Eric will be taking over as the chair of the committee for the coming year.
A major issue for the committee this year will be addressing the current government’s new legislation to discontinue the Law Society of BC and create a new single regulator board for lawyers, notaries, paralegals and other legal service providers.
