On August 23rd, Hockey Fest is coming to Kelowna. The annual event gives attendees the opportunity to watch current NHL players, alumni, and young up-and-comers face off in a friendly head-to-head game right here at Kelowna’s Prospera Place Arena.
This year’s lineup includes Tyler Meyers and Curtis Lazar, alongside newly drafted young stars. This year’s pro game head-to-head will also see BC hockey legends Brent Seabrook, Shea Weber, and Josh Gorges take to the bench to coach their teams to victory
The festivities kick off at 2:00 PM on Friday, August 23rd with a free event outside of Prospera Place that is fun for the whole family. With a kid’s zone brought to you by YMCA of Southern Interior BC, shooting accuracy competition, food vendors, beer garden, and merch tents.
The day will culminate in the Kelowna Hockey Fest Pro Game, with puck drop at 6PM.
