Mark Danielson, an associate lawyer with Pushor Mitchell LLP, has been appointed to the Board of Directors of Canadian Home Builders’ Association (Central Okanagan) (“CHBACO”). CHBACO is an advocate for the residential construction industry in the Central Okanagan region of British Columbia.
Mark has a construction law practice and has wide experience including builders lien enforcement proceedings, construction disputes, and warranty disputes. Mark is looking forward to lending his experience to the CHBACO Board.
