Mark Danielson, a partner with Pushor Mitchell LLP, has been elected to the Board of Directors of Canadian Home Builders’ Association (Central Okanagan) (“CHBACO”).
CHBACO is an advocate for the residential construction industry in the Central Okanagan region of British Columbia. Mark was previously appointed to the Board in 2019 and is pleased to be continuing as an elected director.
Mark has a construction law practice and has wide experience including builders lien enforcement proceedings, construction disputes, and warranty disputes.
