Jenny Rodgers has joined Pushor Mitchell as Human Resources Director. An experienced, collaborative leader, Jenny has held Human Resources Leadership positions within local and global companies, as well as senior Operations roles in high-tech companies and in the Non-Profit sector. In addition to working for nearly a decade based in Vancouver for global companies as an executive, Jenny has also worked as a consultant with numerous companies locally to help them grow, scale, and excel.
Jenny is a strategic leader and problem solver who prides herself in helping develop high achieving teams, leaders and organizations. She earned her MBA from Athabasca University and her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Western Ontario.

Jenny currently serves on the Board of Directors for Okanagan-based Chefs in the Classroom and on the Board of Directors for i4Green League, a Canadian environmental sustainability organization.
