Pushor Mitchell is pleased to welcome Mark Brade to the firm as an associate lawyer. Called to the bar in 2016, Mark has joined us after working for another Kelowna firm as a solicitor with a focus on reducing risk of litigation for his clients.
Mark’s practice areas include Estate Planning where he assists clients with wills, trusts, representation agreements, powers of attorney and probate and estate administration; as well as Real Estate where he assists buyers and sellers complete smooth transactions; and Business Law where he focusses on representation for clients incorporating, operating, acquiring, or selling businesses.
