Pushor Mitchell is pleased to share that lawyer, Alison Cathcart, has accepted an invitation from the Partners to become a Partner in Training with the firm. This designation allows the lawyer to attend the partner meetings and participate as active non-voting members in discussions relating to the management of the firm.
Alison joined Pushor Mitchell in 2018 after living and practicing law in each of the prairie provinces. Alison is a commercial litigator with over 10 years of experience assisting business clients with navigating complex problems and disputes.
The Partners commend Alison’s high-level litigation skills, excellent client management, and the mentorship role she has taken on with junior litigators at the firm with practice-related advice, as well as with guidance on litigation strategy and support on her files.
