Pushor Mitchell is pleased to announce that Curtis Darmohray was recently awarded the Kelowna Chamber of Commerce’s "Volunteer of the Year Award". Curtis was happy to share this honour with Ken Carmichael of BDO Dunwoody Charted Accountants. Together, Curtis and Ken serve on the Kelowna Chamber of Commerce Board, and co-chair the Economic Sustainability Committee (which was instrumental in implementing the Chamber’s Go Green Business Challenge).
With his extensive business and banking background, Curtis has developed a business law practice that includes the incorporation of companies, corporate reorganizations, the purchase and sale of businesses, commercial leases, and other business related transactions. Other significant areas of his practice include real estate, land development, and bank financing and security. In addition, Curtis also practices in the areas of Estate Planning and Administration.
Curtis has been an active participant in the Kelowna community. He is a founding member of Kelowna’s first Business Network International (BNI) Chapter, he is also a founding member of the Okanagan Business Referral Group, and a past director of the Downtown Kelowna Association, the Kelowna Childcare Society and the Kelowna Unlimited Hydroplane Association.
