Andrea is a business lawyer with a practice focused on complex commercial transactions and transactions involving First Nations leases and businesses, including real estate development on First Nations lands, mortgages of leases of First Nations Lands and buying and selling homes within developments on First Nations Lands. She has extensive experience in reviewing and drafting contracts. Andrea also assists in commercial leasing transactions, setting up limited partnerships and limited liability partnerships, buying and selling businesses and secured financing.
