Bryan Fitzpatrick practices in the areas of Personal Injury, Criminal Defense and Canadian and U.S. Immigration law. He is licensed to practice law in both British Columbia and Washington State. On personal injury claims, he acts for plaintiffs and assists with negotiated settlements, mediation and trial.
On criminal matters, Bryan handles a wide range of matters from white collar crime to driving related offences under the Motor Vehicle Act and the Criminal Code of Canada. On Canadian and U.S. immigration matters, Bryan assists clients wanting to live, work and visit Canada and the U.S., with a particular emphasis on business immigration and start-up visas for entrepreneurs.
