We are pleased to announce that Leneigh has become a Partner in the firm effective January 1, 2021.
Leneigh practices exclusively in family law and has an emphasis in her practice on out of court resolution. She is the chair of the Okanagan Collaborative Family Law Group and currently the President of the BC Canadian Bar Association; family law section. Leneigh is trained in mediation and in the collaborative practice approach. She strives to assist her clients in coming up with creative and cost effective solutions.
Leneigh also frequently appears in Court as an effective advocate for her clients. She assists her clients in all realms of their family law issues whether it be through negotiation, collaboration, drafting of all types of agreements and a full range of litigation services. Leneigh has been an editor and author of the CLE annotated Family Practice Manual which is a much used resource for family law practitioners in BC for the last 2 years on the topic of court processes and will be editing an additional chapter on child and spousal support this year.
