We are pleased to announce that Vanessa DeDominicis has become a Partner in the firm effective January 1, 2015.
Vanessa’s practice is focused on three areas: Wills and Estates, Real Estate, and Intellectual Property Law.
Families, young and old, seek out Vanessa for guidance on their estate planning journey. She assists them with Wills, Powers of Attorney and Representation Agreements. Vanessa also assists clients with their real estate needs, whether they are buying, selling or refinancing. As a Registered Canadian and US Trade-mark Agent, businesses of all kinds, from solo entrepreneurs to large corporations, rely on Vanessa to deal with their Canadian and US Trade-mark needs as well as a full spectrum of advice on intellectual property, technology, and distributorship issues.
Vanessa came to Canada by way of England, where she earned a law degree from the University of Exeter in 2001, and Winnipeg, where she acquired her Canadian equivalency from the University of Manitoba in 2005. A Kelowna resident since 2006, she is active in the community as a member of the Kelowna Estate Planning Society, the Kelowna Chamber of Commerce and the Kelowna Bar Association.
