Jaclyn Watters is an associate lawyer practicing primarily in litigation, including areas such as Construction Disputes, Corporate and Commercial Disputes, Product Liability, and Personal Injury.

Jaclyn was born and raised in Langley, British Columbia.  She earned her Bachelor of Science in Behavioural Neuroscience from Simon Fraser University. Jaclyn completed her law degree at Queen’s University Belfast in Norther Ireland, UK. While studying law at Queen’s University Belfast, Jaclyn earned her Professional Doctorate in Law and successfully defended her dissertation in 2019.

After completing her articles, Jaclyn was called to the Bar in Saskatchewan in 2022. Prior to joining Pushor Mitchell, Jaclyn gained broad experience in private practice across several areas of law, including plaintiff class actions, civil litigation, construction and contract disputes, builders lien matters, family law and immigration appeals. She gained further experience in criminal law as a Provincial Crown Prosecutor, particularly in the matters involving the Youth Criminal Justice Act. Jaclyn focuses on well-rounded and practical advice for clients.

Jaclyn is excited to be practicing in British Columbia and when not at work, she can be found exploring the Okanagan, spending time with family and going on road trips.
