Pushor Mitchell is pleased to welcome Keith Inman to the firm as Associate Counsel.
Keith is a corporate and commercial lawyer with a broad practice that includes advising companies and underwriters with respect to public and private financings, asset and share purchases, mergers and acquisitions, amalgamations, plans of arrangement, take-over and issuer bids, reverse takeovers, changes of business and corporate restructurings and reorganizations.
Keith has advised on many corporate financing matters for private and public corporations, both domestic and international. Keith also assists companies with their securities reporting and compliance obligations, corporate governance and general commercial drafting requirements (including, among others, employment agreements, non-disclosure and not-compete agreements, shareholder agreements, licensing agreements, master services agreements and stock option, warrant and performance warrant agreements). Keith has been the founder and a director of multiple public companies and sits on the TSX Venture Exchange’s Local Advisory Committee.
Keith’s clients come from a broad range of industries, including: oil & gas, mining, power, real estate, technology, clean-tech, bio-tech, pharmaceutical, transportation, retail, hospitality, ambulatory services and agriculture.
Prior to relocating to Kelowna, Keith was a Partner in the Securities, Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Finance Group in the Calgary office of a global law firm.
