Associate Counsel Bryan Fitzpatrick has authored the new chapter on Electronic Evidence in Continuing Legal Education Society of BC’s (CLEBC) Introducing Evidence at Trial: A British Columbia Handbook (4th ed.) which is considered essential reading for Civil and Criminal Lawyers who take cases to trial. This is the first year that Electronic Evidence has received its very own chapter in the Handbook and Bryan looks forward to continuing to edit and update the Chapter in the coming years.
