National Indigenous Peoples Day

National Indigenous Peoples Day is June 21st, a day for all Canadians to recognize and celebrate the unique heritage, diverse cultures and outstanding contributions of First Nations, Inuit and Métis peoples.

In celebration of this day, Pushor Mitchell staff and lawyers enjoy a traditional taco lunch made by the Ki-Low-Na Friendship Society, a Kelowna organization that provides for the mental, emotional, physical and spiritual well-being of all peoples through community-based services, while encouraging the community to preserve, share and promote Aboriginal cultural distinctiveness..
