Pushor Mitchell LLP is pleased to announce that Patrick Bobyn has become a Partner in the firm. Patrick practices as a solicitor with a primary focus on business law, including mergers and acquisitions, incorporations and corporate reorganizations, commercial financing and leasing, as well as commercial and residential transactions. He provides general legal counsel to companies, partnerships and sole proprietorships. Patrick also provides legal counsel in the areas of real estate and real estate development.
Patrick was born and raised in Kelowna and received a Bachelor of Science (Honours Biology) from the University of British Columbia (Okanagan) in 2011, and his Master of Management from the University of British Columbia (Okanagan) in 2013. Patrick received his Juris Doctor from the University of British Columbia Faculty of Law in 2016. After completing his term as an Articling Student with Pushor Mitchell LLP, Patrick was called to the Bar of British Columbia in 2017. He enjoys being active in the community and is currently a director of the Kelowna Chamber of Commerce.
