This morning’s United Way BC 2023 campaign kickoff breakfast at the Delta Grand Hotel on September 26, 2023 was a great way to start the day!
Joni Metherell, Managing Partner at Pushor Mitchell, spoke to the crowd and emphasized the importance of giving back to community. She encouraged others in the room to give back, saying “with compassion, understanding, a sense of unity and, of course, some fun – we are all stronger together.”
She shared experiences from the firm’s Pushor Mitchell Day of Community on Friday September 22nd where lawyers and staff volunteered together at nine not-for-profit organizations assisting with needs such as gardening, painting, sorting clothing, landscaping and more. This special day contributed to a culture of compassion and understanding among the Pushor Mitchell team and also positive impacted the organizations that received support.
