Pushor Mitchell was pleased to sponsor the Spirit Award at the Kelowna Women in Business (KWIB) RISE Awards presented by ATB Wealth, and congratulates award recipient Laurence Rich, owner of FleuRich Creations Floral Design. The Spirit Award recognizes a female who is part of an under-represented cultural group including, but not limited to, Black, Indigenous, and People of color.

The RISE awards took place May 17, 2023 at the Coast Capri. They were created to celebrate the achievements of inspirational members of the Kelowna business community. In addition to the Spirit Award, the other awards included Change Maker and Woman of the Year.
